This document establishes the contractually binding Terms of Sale between you (the "Customer" or "Buyer") and Ridgewell Supply Co., LLC ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") when you purchase any digital course, training program, or downloadable educational product via our official e-commerce platform, https://courses-vip.com (the "Site").

By placing an order on this Site, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, along with our integrated Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy, and Refund Policy.

Section 2 – Pricing, Payments, and Billing

  • Currency and Adjustments: All prices listed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product will be the exact price displayed at checkout at the moment the order is processed.

Section 3 – Digital Delivery & Access Timelines

  • Delivery Method: Access credentials, download links, or cloud storage links will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct and that our emails are not filtered to spam.
  • Processing Window: In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24–48 hours due to payment verification, high order volume, or technical processing. If you have not received access within 48 hours, contact support@courses-vip.com.

Section 4 – License Grant & Usage Restrictions

  • You may not share, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute any purchased content.

  • Violation of these restrictions constitutes a material breach of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Section 5 – Risk of Loss & Delivery Confirmation

  • Electronic Delivery: Risk of loss for digital products transfers to you upon successful delivery of access credentials or download links to your registered email address.
  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and download links. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard access information.

Section 6 – Amendments & Contact Information Constraints

It is the customer's strict responsibility to provide a comprehensive and accurate email address at checkout. Email address modifications for pending orders can only be accommodated if requested via support@courses-vip.com before access credentials have been dispatched. Once digital access has been granted, orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or transferred to another account.

Any legal proceedings must be initiated solely before the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, United States.
